Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 2 weeks of your order. Any delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

Return Policy
Only defective merchandise can be returned to Shainsware. Merchandise must be received in it's original condition and packaging within 15 business days from receipt. If the merchandise is defective due to a Shainsware error, purchase and shipping costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all shipping costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
