Shipping Policy
We are shipping within 48 hours of receiving orders. We can ship domestically and still arrive in time for all orders through Monday, December 20.
We can also accommodate expedited shipping upon special request.
Return Policy
Only defective merchandise can be returned to Shainsware. Merchandise must be received in it’s original condition and packaging within 15 business days from receipt. If the merchandise is defective due to a Shainsware error, purchase and shipping costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all shipping costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
